This Limited Warranty covers manufacturer defects in workmanship and materials for the original purchaser. Coverage is non-transferable and begins from the date of purchase.

The warranty coverage for our products is divided into three main categories based on the specific components:

• General Furniture: This category covers standard components and materials for a duration of 5 year.
• Internal Frames: We provide a 3-year warranty for the structural integrity of internal frames. Please note that this coverage excludes any damage resulting from neglect or abuse.
• Spring Systems: Spring systems are also covered for 3 years against potential breakage or detachment.

To ensure the longevity of your furniture, please note the following exclusions:

Usage & Wear

• Normal Wear & Tear: Including cushion settling, fabric pilling, wrinkling, and natural wood grain variations.
• Environmental Damage: Fading due to sunlight, mold, moisture, or water damage to electrical parts.
• Commercial Use: Furniture used for non-residential purposes (rentals, staging, businesses, etc.).

Maintenance & Accidents

• Improper Care: Damage from incorrect cleaning, pet hair, or infestations.
• Modifications: Any customer-made alterations or third-party fabric treatments.
• "As-Is" Items: Clearance, floor models, and accessories are final sale and ineligible for service.

• Limitation of Liability: This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages. Implied warranties are limited to the duration of this written warranty.
• State Law: You may have additional rights that vary by state. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty is strictly non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser. It shall not be extended to cover any resold or previously owned items.
