  • Curbside DeliveryDescription: Items are delivered directly to your curb or driveway. This option is ideal for customers who prefer to manage the assembly and setup of their items independently.
  • Rate: This service is FREE for all orders totaling $2,000 or more. For orders under $2,000, a shipping fee of $99 applies.
  • White Glove Service Description: This is a comprehensive, premium service that includes personalized scheduling and professional placement of items in the room of your choice. It also covers full assembly and the removal of all packing debris.
  • Rate: This service is available for a $199 flat fee.
Estimated Timelines

We balance artisanal craftsmanship with efficiency. To check the specific status of your piece, please refer to your Order Confirmation email.

  • In-Stock Items: Typically ship within 5–15 business days.
  • Customized Creations: Handcrafted and delivered within 30–45 business days.
  • Manufacturing: Each piece undergoes a rigorous quality check. If you have an urgent deadline, please contact us and we will do our best to expedite your order

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Inspection is Key

Upon delivery, please inspect your package immediately. Your furniture is shipped in reinforced packaging, but accidents can happen during transit.

  • Damages or Defects: If you notice any issues, take clear photos of the damage and the packaging. Email them to service@onlywhenhome.com within 48 hours.
  • Missing Parts: If any hardware or components are missing, contact us right away for a swift replacement.
  • Address Changes: If you need to update your shipping address, notify us immediately. Please note that rerouting charges may apply once the shipment is in transit.
