How to Initiate a Cancellation

To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service team immediately via Email, Live Chat, or Phone. Please provide your Order Number and the reason for cancellation so we can process your request swiftly.

Note:Cancellations requested due to a lack of "White Glove Service" at the time of delivery (e.g., the customer prefers in-home setup but did not purchase the service) are considered personal cancellations and are subject to the fees mentioned above.

Timelines & Confirmation
  • Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your cancellation within 24–48 hours. This email will include a breakdown of any applicable fees.
  • Refund Processing: Once confirmed, your refund (minus any fees) will be credited back to your original payment method.
