Welcome to Onlywhenhome. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our website and purchasing our products. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We strive to display the colors and textures of our furniture as accurately as possible. However:

• Color Variation: Due to monitor settings and lighting, the actual color may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
• Natural Materials: Products made from wood, marble, or leather may have unique grains, veins, or textures that are not considered defects.
• Measurements: Each piece is individually handcrafted; slight variations of up to 1 cm are to be expected.

Furniture involves complex logistics. By ordering, you acknowledge the following:

• Threshold Delivery: Standard shipping usually includes delivery to your front door/curbside only. White-glove delivery must be requested and paid for separately.
• Access Check: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the furniture can fit through doorways, elevators, and hallways. We do not offer refunds for items that cannot fit into your home.
• Shipping Delays: While we provide estimated lead times, we are not liable for delays caused by logistics carriers or customs.

Important: You must inspect your package upon arrival.

• If the packaging is visibly damaged, please note this on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.
• Damages must be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging.

Unless stated otherwise, our furniture requires assembly.

Onlywhenhome is not responsible for any damage to the product or your property occurring during self-assembly or third-party installation.

Please follow the provided instructions carefully. Using power tools against our recommendations may void your warranty.

• Standard Items: May be returned within 14 days in original packaging. A restocking fee of 10% may apply.
• Custom/Made-to-Order: These items are non-refundable once production has begun.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for "change of mind" returns. Due to the size of furniture, these costs can be significant.

To exercise your rights under this warranty, you must meet the following conditions:

• Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original purchase confirmation email, including the order number and the email address used for the transaction.
• Original Purchaser: This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. It is rendered void if the product is resold, re-gifted, or otherwise transferred to a third party.
• Authorized Channels: The warranty is only valid for products purchased directly from Onlywhenhome or an authorized retailer.
  

At Onlywhenhome, we believe furniture should withstand years of memories. We stand behind our craftsmanship with a limited 1 year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, effective from the date of delivery. This does not cover:

• Damage occurring during product delivery;
• Damage caused by pets (excluding bodily fluids);
• Stains resulting from acids, ink, wax, dyes, bleach (unless used according to our care instructions), or similar corrosive liquids;
• Odor elimination;
• Damage caused by natural disasters or fortuitous events (Acts of God);
• General abuse, misuse, accidents, or abnormal use of the product;
• Theft or loss of the product;
• Products used for commercial or non-residential purposes;
• Unauthorized modifications or alterations made to the product.

Timely Filing: All warranty claims must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the discovery of the issue. Claims filed after this period may be denied.

Single Claim Policy: We do not accept multiple independent claims filed simultaneously for the same product unless they arise from the same manufacturing defect.
